absolutely free - we are a non-benefit institution.

We support many people by giving free citizen advice, organizing educational activities such as lectures for local society, workshops and trainings for professional groups connected with helping, organizing conferences, publishing for large group of recipients and leading medial actions, cooperating with local government authorities and administration representatives, other non-government organizations, educational and protective care establishments. We hope to influence social politics by providing regular reports concerning our activity.
