About CAB…
CAB is a place where citizens are able to get confidential and free of charge advice in any subject they are interested in. Our task is only to show possible ways of solving the problem; clients take care about their problems by themselves, we do not serve them. We want to make people feel that they are able to take care about themselves, and that in our Bureau they are always welcome to find the best solution.
Most of our advisers are volunteers, they are law students, but there are some sociologist, pedagogies and economists as well. They use all knowledge they have to help our clients in solving their problems. Our volunteers feel responsibility for preparing the best advice, so they use textbooks, flick through codes and acts, call the governmental and nongovernmental institutions to find all possible ways of acting for the client.
The most popular problems are cases connected with housing, institutions and family .
